Every day from landing in Beijing to departure from Guangzhou. 12 days on the ground, fully accounted for.
Land at Beijing Capital International Airport. Group transfer to hotel, check in, and settle. Evening is free. Team does a quick welcome briefing for any last-minute questions before the trip begins properly tomorrow.
Full day cultural visit. Morning at the Great Wall of China — one of the most memorable experiences of the entire trip. Afternoon at Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City area. Group dinner in the evening.
This day is deliberate — it gives delegates time to adjust to China, bond as a group, and arrive at the Canton Fair fresh rather than jet-lagged.
Morning departure from Beijing by high-speed bullet train to Guangzhou — approximately 8–9 hours on China's world-class rail network. Hotel check-in on arrival. Afternoon session at Canton Fair Phase 1 — the team orients the group to the venue layout, halls, and the pre-researched supplier shortlist for each delegate's product category.
Full day at Phase 1. Our team accompanies delegates to targeted booths, provides live Urdu–Chinese translation during every supplier meeting, and assists with price negotiation and MOQ discussions. Sample photography and notes organised by team. Evening debrief.
Full day at Phase 1. Delegates who have identified strong suppliers can arrange factory visits to Pearl River Delta manufacturers on this day. Our team escorts and handles all communication. This is also the best day for deeper negotiation follow-ups from yesterday.
Final morning session at Canton Fair Phase 1 — wrap up any outstanding meetings. Afternoon group transfer to Guangzhou station. High-speed bullet train to Yiwu (approx. 3.5 hours). Check in to Yiwu hotel on arrival.
Full day at Yiwu International Trade Market — the world's largest small-commodities wholesale market with over 75,000 booths across 5 districts. Our team guides delegates through sections most relevant to their product categories, handles communication with vendors, and supports direct wholesale purchasing decisions.
Second day at Yiwu. Return to booths identified yesterday for final negotiations and order placement. Our team assists with price confirmation, payment term negotiation, and consolidating contacts. Sample shipping to Pakistan can be arranged by our team at delegate's cost.
Final morning at Yiwu for last purchases and wrap-up. Afternoon transfer back to Guangzhou by bullet train. Hotel check-in. Rest ahead of Canton Fair Phase 2 starting tomorrow.
Canton Fair Phase 2 begins. Phase 2 covers consumer goods, gifts, home décor, furniture, ceramics, kitchenware, sporting goods, and outdoor products. Team briefs delegates on the Phase 2 layout and pre-researched supplier shortlist for this phase.
Full day at Phase 2. Team continues accompanying delegates for supplier meetings, live translation, and negotiation support. Factory visits to Pearl River Delta manufacturers can be arranged for delegates who identified Phase 2 suppliers worth auditing in person.
Final full day at Canton Fair Phase 2. Last supplier meetings, final price confirmations, and contact exchanges. Evening group dinner — the last night together. Checkout from hotel tomorrow morning.
Optional morning session at the Fair for any final follow-ups. Hotel checkout. Group transfer to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Evening flight back to Pakistan. Team escorts the group through departure.
Beyond the main itinerary, this delegation includes Shenzhen as an included day trip and Keqiao as an optional add-on city.
Shenzhen is the electronics and technology manufacturing hub of China, one hour from Guangzhou by high-speed rail. On the allocated Shenzhen day, the group departs Guangzhou in the morning, visits Huaqiangbei Electronics Market — the world's largest electronics components market — and returns to the Guangzhou hotel the same evening.
This is a full included day within the trip. Ideal for delegates in electronics, tech accessories, LED products, components, or any product with electronic parts. Date is fixed during the programme and confirmed with all delegates before departure.
Keqiao is a district near Shaoxing in Zhejiang province, home to China Textile City — the world's largest textile and fabric wholesale market. If your business involves fabric, garments, home textiles, curtains, or any textile-based product, Keqiao gives you access to pricing and variety unavailable anywhere else.
Keqiao is located near Yiwu and can be added as an extra day during the Yiwu portion of the trip. Additional cost applies. Confirm interest when booking — minimum group size required to run the Keqiao add-on.
| Phase | Dates | Products | This trip |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phase 1 | 15–19 Oct | Electronics, machinery, hardware, auto parts, new energy, home appliances, building materials | ✓ Covered |
| Phase 2 | 23–27 Oct | Consumer goods, gifts, toys, home décor, furniture, ceramics, kitchenware, sporting goods | ✓ Covered |
| Phase 3 | 31 Oct–4 Nov | Textiles, garments, footwear, food, office supplies, luggage | Not on this trip |
Phase 3 and Keqiao are the right destinations for fabric, garments, and footwear. Phase 3 is not on this trip, but Keqiao is available as an optional add-on during the Yiwu leg. WhatsApp us with your product category and we will confirm whether this trip is the right fit.
This is not a tour group. Every service below is provided specifically to help you do better business — before, during, and after the Fair.
Before you land, we research Canton Fair exhibitors and market vendors matched to your specific product category. You walk in with a curated shortlist — not a 1.5 million sqm maze.
Our bilingual team translates in real time during every supplier meeting. More than words — we help you negotiate price, MOQ, payment terms, and production lead times in Chinese.
We brief every delegate on how to read a Chinese supplier, what questions to ask, what the answers really mean, and how to build a relationship that gives you better terms on repeat orders.
We arrange visits to pre-vetted manufacturers in the Pearl River Delta. You meet the actual factory — not a trading company — and see production with your own eyes before placing an order.
Your group L visa is processed by us — you submit documents, we handle the rest. Canton Fair buyer badge registration is included. You do not need to arrange either of these yourself.
Hotels, airport transfers, all intercity bullet trains, and daily transport to and from the Fair, factory visits, and market days — fully coordinated. Halal Pakistani food arranged throughout the trip so you never have to worry about what to eat on the ground.
You import goods from China or want to start. You need verified suppliers, real factory prices, and someone who can negotiate in Chinese. This trip is built around you.
You sell on Daraz, Amazon, or local platforms and want to cut the middleman. Meeting manufacturers directly means better margins and products no one else in your market has yet.
You currently buy from local distributors at inflated prices. One trip to China lets you buy direct at factory price. The margin difference on a single container pays for many more trips.
You have never been to China before and the process feels overwhelming. The delegation is designed for exactly this situation — our team is with you from departure to return.
Your 30% deposit is fully adjusted against the total package cost. Remaining 70% is due 30 days before departure.
Visa rejection refund: In the event of a visa rejection, your deposit is refunded on the same day — minus two non-refundable government fees that are paid directly to the authorities on your behalf:
These fees are paid to the Chinese embassy and Canton Fair authority and cannot be recovered regardless of outcome. Everything above these fees is returned to you in full, same day, if your visa is rejected.
"I had never left Pakistan before. The team handled everything — visa, hotels, translation with every supplier. I came back with 4 confirmed manufacturers and prices 30% below what I was paying locally."
"The pre-trip supplier research was what made the difference. We didn't waste time walking around — we went straight to the right booths. The negotiation support got us pricing we couldn't have gotten on our own."
No. A large portion of every delegation is first-time importers. The bilingual team, pre-trip supplier research, and business guide are specifically designed to make the Canton Fair accessible to people doing this for the first time. Experienced importers also attend and benefit from the peer network.
Phase 1 covers electronics, machinery, hardware, auto parts, new energy, and home appliances. Phase 2 covers consumer goods, gifts, toys, home décor, furniture, and ceramics. If your products are primarily garments or textiles, Phase 3 or the Keqiao add-on is more relevant. WhatsApp us your product and we will confirm in 2 minutes.
Before departure, our team researches Canton Fair exhibitors and market vendors specific to your product category. You receive a shortlist with hall numbers, booth numbers, product range, and notes on each supplier — prepared specifically for what you import, not a generic list.
The Shenzhen day trip is a group day trip from Guangzhou — the group departs in the morning, visits Huaqiangbei Electronics Market (and surrounding electronics hubs), and returns to the Guangzhou hotel the same evening. Transportation and the team's guidance are included. It is part of the standard trip, not an extra cost.
Keqiao is the world's largest textile and fabric wholesale market, located near Yiwu. It is a full add-on day for delegates whose products involve fabric, garments, home textiles, curtains, or any textile-based goods. It sits near Yiwu and can be added during the Yiwu leg of the trip at an additional cost. Minimum group interest required — confirm when booking.
In most cases, no. Our team handles the group L visa submission on your behalf. You provide your documents to our collection point and we return your passport with the visa stamped. The visa centre is handled by us. First-time applicants may occasionally be asked for an in-person biometric appointment — our team will inform you if this applies.
Yes. The group programme runs during Fair hours and structured visits. Evenings and gap time are yours to use freely. Our team can also help arrange additional supplier introductions beyond the planned programme if you identify someone at the Fair you want to follow up with.
Install WeChat (WhatsApp is blocked in China) and set it up before leaving Pakistan. Install a VPN and test it — Google, Instagram, and most Western apps are inaccessible without one. Bring business cards in English. Download Google Translate offline Chinese pack. Our pre-departure briefing covers this in full one week before departure.
Seats are confirmed in order of deposits received. If you are ready — or close to ready — the right move is to message us now and hold your place before the group fills.
