Is there a fee to apply?
No. The application is free, and there's no commitment until you've talked to us on the strategy call and decided to proceed.
When and how do I pay?
Only after the strategy call, once you've confirmed you want to join the delegation. We'll share the package pricing on the call along with a written quote. Deposit secures your seat; balance is due closer to the trip.
Can I extend the trip to visit Beijing, Shanghai, or other cities?
Absolutely. The core delegation is 5 nights in Guangzhou for Canton Fair. Yiwu is a 2-day add-on we offer to most delegates. Beijing, Shanghai, and Xi'an extensions can also be arranged — we book the flights and hotels and you do the leisure travel independently or with our recommended local guide. Tick what you'd like on Step 4 of the application and we'll cost it out on the strategy call.
Can I bring a partner, colleague, or staff member?
Yes — additional travelers from the same business are welcome. Just note the group size on Step 3 of the application, and we'll discuss seat availability and pricing for additional travelers in the strategy call.
How many seats are available per phase?
Group sizes are kept limited so the delegation experience stays high-touch — pre-booked factory meetings, real translator support, and small-group transport. Specific availability is confirmed during the strategy call.
I'm not sure which Canton Fair phase fits my products. What do I do?
On Step 3, choose "Not sure — recommend based on my products". On the strategy call we'll walk through your category and recommend the best phase. For most importers it's clear within a few minutes of conversation.
Can I edit my application after submitting?
Once submitted, you can't edit through this form — but no problem. Just message us on WhatsApp with the change and we'll update your file before the strategy call.
