If you are based in Pakistan and travelling from Lahore or Islamabad, the Core Package is your package — it includes flights and visa, so everything is handled from departure. If you are a Pakistani living abroad in the USA, UK, Germany, Europe or Australia, the Overseas Package is designed for you — you arrange your own flight to China and we take over from the airport.
Your Canton Fair buyer badge — the credential that grants you entry to the fair’s exhibition halls — is registered in your name, and that registration is permanent. If you attend a future Canton Fair edition in 2027, 2030 or even 2050, your existing badge number can be used to re-register without going through the full registration process again. It is a genuine long-term asset for any importer who plans to return to China.
Our Autumn 2026 delegation includes a visit to Alibaba’s headquarters in Hangzhou. This is a new addition to the ChinaChallo programme — delegates visit the Alibaba campus, learn how the platform connects global buyers with Chinese manufacturers, and gain insight into leveraging Alibaba and its ecosystem (1688, Tmall, Taobao) for sourcing. Hangzhou is roughly one hour from Yiwu.
The training sessions are conducted in China during the trip — not before departure. They cover how to build a global import-export business through Chinese manufacturing partnerships. Usman Chughtai (founder of eCommerceWala, one of Pakistan’s leading e-commerce platforms) and Arslan Chinawala (our Head of China Operations) lead the sessions. Topics include cross-border e-commerce, supplier relationship building, and how to create a business that operates between Pakistan and China.
It depends on your passport. Many Western passport holders — including the USA, UK and several European countries — either have visa-free access to China or can obtain a visa on arrival. Check the current China visa policy for your specific passport before booking; our team can advise. The Overseas Package does not include visa processing — that is your responsibility to arrange if required.
Core Package: PKR 268,500 (30%) secures your seat; the remaining PKR 626,500 (70%) is due 30 days before departure.
Overseas Package: USD 600 (30%) secures your seat; the remaining USD 1,399 (70%) is due 30 days before departure.
Bank transfer in PKR is the standard method for the Core Package, and EasyPaisa and JazzCash are also accepted. For the Overseas Package, USD bank transfer is the primary method. If you need an alternative, WhatsApp us and we will find a solution.
Yes — multiple people from the same business can join. Each person is treated as an individual delegate with their own seat, visa processing and Canton Fair badge. Having two people from the same company doubles your coverage across the fair’s exhibition halls and makes factory-visit scheduling far more flexible.
In the event of an official Canton Fair postponement, we reschedule your delegation to the next available session at no additional cost — visa, flights and hotels are all adjusted. If you cannot make the rescheduled dates, we refund all recoverable costs in full.
No. The all-in number on this page is the number. The “not included” list on each package card covers everything outside it, and the non-refundable government fees are stated in full above. If a cost ever changes mid-process, we tell you the same day with the receipt.
