Same destination, three levels of access. Pick the one that fits your business — or talk to us and we'll build it around you.
Choose any single phase of Canton Fair. The most cost-effective way to attend — Beijing and Guangzhou, no extensions.
Two phases of Canton Fair plus a dedicated Yiwu wholesale market visit. The complete sourcing trip for serious importers.
For delegates who want the later Canton Fair phases plus the same complete Yiwu and city-extension access as our other Pro package.
All tiers include pre-trip onboarding, on-ground delegation support, and post-trip follow-up. Final pricing depends on phase, group size, and chosen extensions — confirmed in writing on the strategy call.
Line by line, what each tier includes. If you want to compare carefully — this is the table.

Trip extensions priced separately — pick what you need. Sourcing extensions strengthen the business case; travel extensions earn the trip itself.
Furniture, ceramics, home appliances, and lighting manufacturing hub. A short transfer from Guangzhou.
Electronics, hardware, and precision components. The world's electronics manufacturing capital — 90 minutes from Guangzhou.
The Bund, Pudong skyline, modern China. The financial capital with world-class hospitality and skyline views.
A dedicated 1:1 translator assigned to you throughout the trip, instead of the shared group translator.
A custom-arranged visit to a specific factory or supplier outside the standard group itinerary, based on your sourcing needs.
Upgrade from shared twin accommodation to a private single room for the full trip duration.
Extension pricing depends on group size, hotel selection, and season. Final extension quotes — like the core package — are confirmed in writing on the strategy call.
Travel-agent packages bury fees in fine print. We don't. Here's exactly what every tier covers — and what you'll handle separately.
We arrange bespoke group bookings for businesses sending 4+ delegates, chamber-of-commerce delegations, and trade-association groups.
Group rates apply across all tiers. We coordinate everything from the same baseline — shared briefing call, identical visa processing, single point of contact, group flight logistics, group hotel block, and a tailored on-ground program around your collective sourcing goals.
Travel agents quote you "PKR 350,000 — flat" because they're selling the same package to everyone. We don't — because no two delegates are the same.
Your final ChinaChallo cost depends on five things that genuinely move the number: which phase you attend, your group size, your hotel preference, which extensions you add, and how early you book. The range we show is honest — your specific number is calculated and quoted in writing on the strategy call, before you commit to anything.
We share the full quote with you before you commit a single rupee. You see what the trip actually costs, line by line, in PKR — and you decide if it makes sense for your business.
If your question isn't here, ask us on WhatsApp.
You pay only after the strategy call, once you've confirmed you want to join the delegation. Our payment structure is simple: 50% advance to secure your seat, and the remaining 50% after your visa is approved. Extensions are quoted and paid separately.
Bank transfer in PKR is the default. We also accept payment via certain licensed cross-border services, and for Enterprise tier we can structure invoicing through our licensed Chinese export company (Guangdong Yuanhui Import & Export Co., Ltd.) when that's more efficient for your business.
We don't follow a time-based cancellation refund policy. Refunds are applicable only in the case of visa rejection. If this happens, the government fee — covering the embassy fee and invitation letter (approximately PKR 25,000) — is non-refundable, as this is paid directly to government authorities. All other amounts paid toward your package are refunded on the same day.
That said, ChinaChallo has maintained a 100% visa approval rate to date. If any delegate's visa application faces an objection, our team first works to resolve it and resubmit before any refund process begins.
We quote in PKR all-in on the strategy call — so you know your exact rupee cost. Internally, some costs (flights, hotels, China-side spend) are in USD or CNY, but you don't see that complexity. We absorb minor FX movement; for major shifts we re-quote transparently with the new rates.
That's exactly what the strategy call is for. Most delegates don't fit a tier perfectly — they want Signature features at the Essential price, or Enterprise hotels with Signature follow-up. We tailor packages around you and quote on that basis. Tiers are a starting point for the conversation, not a forced choice.
Yes — completely optional. You can do the base package Canton Fair trip with zero extensions and still get the full ChinaChallo delegation experience. Extensions exist because many delegates want to maximise the trip — but they're entirely additive.
Right now we follow a simple two-payment structure — 50% advance and 50% after visa approval, before travel. We currently don't offer installment plans, but we are working on partnering with installment service providers like BNPL companies in the future to make payments easier for our delegates. Until then, the 50/50 structure applies to everyone.
In the rare case of an official Canton Fair postponement (as happened during COVID), we reschedule your delegation to the next available session at no additional cost — visa, flights, and hotels are all adjusted. If you can't make the new dates, full refund of recoverable costs.
No. The all-in number we quote you on the strategy call is the all-in number. The "what's not included" section above lists everything outside the package. If we ever add a cost mid-process — we tell you the same day, with the receipt — and we'd rather absorb a small overrun than send a surprise invoice.
Pick a tier, or let us recommend one based on your category, group size, and goals. The strategy call is free; the quote is detailed; the decision is yours.
