About ChinaChallo

ChinaChallo organises educational and trade-related group travel and sourcing support for Pakistani businesses attending events such as the Canton Fair. Information on this site is for general guidance; final services, dates, pricing, and inclusions are confirmed only in a separate proposal or contract.

No guarantee of admission or results

Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat on a delegation. Visas, fair entry, factory meetings, and travel arrangements depend on third parties (including governments, venues, and suppliers). We use reasonable efforts to coordinate services but cannot control decisions made by authorities or exhibitors. Business outcomes from sourcing trips vary; we do not promise specific commercial results.

Use of the website

• You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
• Content (text, design, logos, and imagery) is owned by ChinaChallo or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute it for commercial use without permission.
• Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Applications and payments

Fees, refund rules, cancellation windows, and deliverables for any trip are defined only in the written materials you receive after consultation (for example an invoice and trip agreement). Website copy and estimates are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChinaChallo and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in trips, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law. Our aggregate liability arising from the site alone (without a signed trip contract) is limited to PKR 5,000 or the amount you paid through the site in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ChinaChallo from claims brought by third parties that result from your breach of these terms, misuse of the site, or unlawful conduct during a delegation.

Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts located in Pakistan shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the site, without prejudice to any different venue agreed in a separate trip contract.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where allowed by law.
